Mayank Prakash CBE

Group Chief Executive Officer

Mayank Prakash is a financial services entrepreneur and technologist. Mayank joined to lead Pivotal Growth following an accomplished career spanning financial services, technology, consumer and the public sector. With 20+ recent acquisitions, Pivotal brings together colleagues supported by AI to elevate mortgage market standards for one of the most significant financial decisions for every homeowner. 

Mayank currently also serves as a Board Director at market leaders Softcat and Uber in UK. He previously led market-leading EBITDA growth across wealth and professional services as Group COO of Evelyn Partners. His earlier roles include senior executive board positions leading the transformation of UK Government and market leaders Centrica, Morgan Stanley, Sage and Avaya.

He received a CBE in 2024 and has topped the list of the UK’s most influential business technology leaders. Mayank holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a Fellow of Wharton and the British Computer Society.

Founder and Chair

Simon was appointed non-executive chair of LSL Property Services plc on 1 January 2015, having previously held the positions of Deputy Chair and Group Chief Executive Officer. He was also appointed as chair of the Nominations Committee on 1 May 2020. Prior to 2015 Simon has held the positions of Deputy Chair and Group Chief Executive Officer. Simon became Group Chief Executive Officer of LSL at the time of the management buy-out of e.surv and Your Move from Aviva (formerly Norwich Union Life) in 2004. Prior to the management buy-out, Simon was responsible for the strategic direction of these companies, and subsequent to the management buy-out, Simon oversaw and was responsible for the turnaround of the initial Group.

Simon’s other directorships are limited to a small estate management company, Eveclo Holdings (an IT business), Road to Health (a healthcare provider) and he is also non executive chair at Global Property Ventures (which distributes a tenant deposit replacement product).

Nneka Orji

Nneka brings over 16 years of consulting and industry experience. She was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal where she worked with Board and Executive clients in the Wealth and Investment Management, and prior to that, spent over three years as COO at a Principal Partner Practice of St. James’s Place.

She began her career at Accenture and Deloitte, where she worked with clients primarily in Financial Services and as Chief of Staff to the Deloitte UK Chairman. Nneka holds a Master’s in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford.

A seasoned financial professional, our chief financial officer Jeremy specialises in strategic investment and business development. 

With nearly 30 years’ experience in financial services and real estate, Jeremy has a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence across diverse sectors. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, market analysis, and strategic planning, allowing him to identify and capitalise on lucrative opportunities.

Prior to joining Pivotal Growth, Jeremy held senior roles at prominent organisations, where he demonstrated his ability to lead complex projects and build high-performing teams. His keen insight and commitment to innovation make him a valuable asset in shaping the future of businesses within the Pivotal Growth portfolio.

With over a decade in transactions, Granit joined Pivotal Growth in 2022 as Head of M&A, leveraging his deep expertise to support the group’s rapid expansion. His strategic insights have been crucial in guiding brands seamlessly through the acquisition process.

Previously, as M&A Manager at London’s Specialist Risk Group, Granit mastered the buy-and-build acquisition model, gaining invaluable experience. Known for his professionalism, diligence, and results-driven approach, Granit continues to be a key asset in driving growth and success for all the businesses within our portfolio.

Chief Technology Officer

Charlie Crossfield is Pivotal’s Group CTO, bringing more than 15 years of extensive experience delivering sophisticated digital platforms for financial services clients.

Charlie joins from Evelyn Partners, where he held a senior technology leadership role, and has previously held senior consulting positions at Accenture and Capgemini Consulting. Throughout his career, he has led complex technology transformation programmes for financial services firms, with a particular focus on building the client-facing digital experiences that sit at the heart of modern wealth management.

At Pivotal, Charlie leads the Group’s AI, data and security strategy – shaping its direction and driving its delivery across the business.

Charlie holds a BSc in Management, Accounting and Finance from the University of Nottingham.
