Pivotal Group acquires Xact Mortgages Ltd, enhancing New Build sector presence

Pivotal Growth Limited (“Pivotal”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Xact Mortgages Ltd (“Xact Mortgages”), a high-growth mortgage and protection broker based in Solihull with a strong track record in the New Build sector.

Founded in 2007 by Jeremy Brown, Xact Mortgages has grown to a team of seven advisors and established strong relationships with developers across the Midlands and the wider UK. In recent years, the business has experienced strong growth, driven by new contract wins and by expanding their existing relationships in the New Build sector.

The acquisition further enhances Pivotal’s presence in the sector and supports its strategy of bringing high- performing, specialist firms into the group. Xact Mortgages will join Pivotal’s existing New Build division, led by Daniel Mumford of Grange Mortgage and Protection Services Limited (“Grange”), bringing together expertise to enhance services and support for homebuyers and developer partners across the UK.
