Job Description
We’re hiring a Protection Training & Development Manager to improve protection outcomes across Pivotal by developing advisers, leaders and businesses through coaching, training and performance consultancy. Success is measured not by sessions delivered, but by improvements in protection penetration, revenue per adviser, case quality, client outcomes, adviser confidence and business partner engagement.

Pivotal Growth was set up as a joint venture between LSL Property Services, a leading provider of financial and property services and Pollen Street Capital, a fast growing and purpose led alternative asset manager whose focus on financial and business services, drives business transformation and investment performance.
